Colitis pregnacy
When suffering form colitis and you are also pregnant this foods will be good for you:
- Wholemeal bread or crackers
- Whole grains, and rice particularly
- Brown sugar
- Cooked fruit compote
- Stewed vegetables
- Lean meats roasted
- Lean ham
- Lean fish
- Vegetables purees (avoiding the consumption of potatoes.)
- Vegetable soups.
- Plain water to soda water (it is important to drink two liters per day)
Also, change your habits :

- Split your meals: 6 meals are better than three large meals.
- Eat at fixed times
